By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to the following policies:
BOOKINGSAll bookings are done online and require a 50% deposit to reserve your appointment. With the exception of special offers which require payment in full.

FYI – As long as you reschedule 1 hour before your appointment, you can ‘reschedule’ as many times as you like. You can move your tan to a future date that suits and if plans change, you can always move it again.
CANCELLATION POLICYWe ask that 1 hours notice is given if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations/rescheduling occurring within 1 hours of the scheduled appointment time and no shows will be charged the full amount of the missed service.
A “cancel/reschedule” button can be found in your confirmation/reminder email. Your appointment has not been successfully cancelled/rescheduled unless you receive an email stating your appointment has been successfully cancelled/rescheduled.
You may also text us on 0493 219 654 to reschedule, this MUST be done up to 2 hours prior to your appointment to avoid losing your booking fee.
LATE POLICYAppointments are scheduled back to back (15 mins), please arrive on time. If you are 10+ minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate and you will be charged the full amount of the missed service.
Give yourself plenty of time (traffic, parking etc).
CHILDREN POLICYWe understand childcare is not always accessible and children are welcome in the salon.
REFUNDSAll services, tan packages, gift cards, and retail items are final sale, no refunds.
